The series code carries the frame depth. G-series casement windows are available in 105 / 110 / 115 / 120 mm, Q-series tilt & turn in 80 / 93 / 100 / 110 mm, P-series sliding in 120 mm, F-series flush frames in 108 / 118 mm and C-series side-pressure windows in 100 mm. As a rule, the deeper the frame, the larger the sash it can carry and the more glazing depth it allows. Send us your opening sizes, wind load and target U-value and we will recommend the series and glass build-up.
Double and triple glazing in 5+20A+5, 6+18A+6, 8+14A+8, 10+20A+10 and 12+15A+12 build-ups, plus laminated glass for safety or acoustic requirements. Glass type, Low-E coating, argon fill and warm-edge spacers can be specified per project.
6063-T5 aluminium profiles with a wall thickness of 1.8 mm and above, combined with PA66-GF25 polyamide thermal breaks containing 25% glass fibre — the standard construction for thermally broken systems in export markets.
HOPO multi-point locking hardware rated for 100,000 open/close cycles is our standard, with EPDM foam gaskets throughout. Alternative hardware brands and 304 stainless steel insect mesh can be fitted on request.
Depending on series and opening type, typical maximum single sashes are 700 × 1500 mm, 900 × 1800 mm, 900 × 2400 mm and 1000 × 3300 mm. Larger openings are handled with multiple sashes, reinforced mullions or a deeper series rather than an oversized single leaf.
Tiger powder coating or anodising in seven standard colours. Project-specific RAL colours can be matched — quote the RAL number in your inquiry so we can confirm availability and lead time.
Yes. EN, AS and ASTM performance testing — wind load, water tightness and air permeability — can be arranged on request. Tell us your destination market and the standard you need to satisfy, and we will confirm the applicable test regime together with the quotation.
Yes. We work from your drawings or opening schedule and can customise profile section, colour, hardware, glazing and insect mesh. Tooling and sampling are quoted per drawing so you can approve a physical sample before mass production starts.
Both depend on the series, the configuration and the total order volume, so we do not quote a blanket figure. MOQ and a firm lead time are stated in the formal quotation or proforma invoice — you always work from a confirmed number for your specific project.
Payment terms are set out in the sales contract. During quotation we are happy to discuss the structure that fits your market and order size.
